Cancellation & No-Show Policy Please note that any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the loss of your full booking deposit (100%). Any appointments rescheduled out of the 48 hour window will be added to the clients profile as a credit, and can be used within 6 months of the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable.Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be charged the full amount (100%) of the service booked.Failure to attend a confirmed appointment ("no-show") will also incur a full service (100%) charge. The card on your file will be charged, and the amount of your full appointment will be processed. If we do not have a card on file, an invoice will be issued for the amount due, or the charge will be added to your next appointment.Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time are considered a no-show and may require rescheduling. Our cancellation policy will still apply in these cases.As a small business, we rely on clients honouring their appointments and adhering to our policies. Base Hair Extensions Warranty Policy At Base Hair Extensions, we stand behind the quality of our products and proudly offer a 100% warranty on every strand of hair.To ensure your hair extensions remain in their best condition, this warranty is valid only when Base Hair Extensions Haircare products are exclusively used as part of your aftercare routine. Our range has been specifically formulated to protect, nourish, and extend the life of your hair extensions.In the unlikely event of an issue, our team will conduct a thorough assessment. If it is determined that the concern has occurred due to a product-related issue and not as a result of client actions, misuse, or non-recommended products, the warranty will apply in full, and your extensions will be replaced at no additional cost. The warranty is valid for (6) months from the date of installation.This policy reflects our commitment to providing clients with the highest quality hair and care standards.

However, we take pride in the quality of our work and products, and we are dedicated to resolving any concerns that may arise. If you experience an issue, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Our team will first have the opportunity to review the matter in-salon and assess the situation. Where necessary, we will take all reasonable steps to rectify and resolve the concern, ensuring the best possible outcome for you.Your trust in our salon is important to us, and we are committed to providing exceptional service and results every time.
Hair Model Policy By agreeing to be a Hair Model, you acknowledge the following: You are receiving services at a discounted price / You understand and accept that these services are performed for training purposes / Our strict no-refund policy applies to all Hair Model services. If you experience any issues with the application—whether colour, cut, or extensions—you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and address the concern. Hair Model appointments provide valuable training for our team, and your cooperation ensures we can deliver the best possible learning experience and service outcome.
Consultation Forms If the consultation document emailed to you at the time of booking document is not signed, it will be still be taken as confirmation that you have read, understood, and agree to proceed with the service under the terms outlined above.
