Use Base Hair Care Products
Only use Base Hair Care supplies to ensure the longevity and warranty of your extensions.

Avoid Certain Ingredients
Do not use shampoo and conditioner that contain the following ingredients: Protein, SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate), Sodium LaurethSulfate, Alcohol Denat, Ethanol, SD Alcohol 40, Propanol, Isopropyl, and Propyl.

Shampoo & Conditioner Application
Shampoo: Focus on cleansing your natural scalp, rather than the extensions.
Conditioner: Apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends to protect and nourish the extensions.

Regular Deep Conditioning
Apply the Base Hair Moisturising Mask regularly. This is a necessary part of maintaining the health and moisture of your Base Hair Extensions.

Daily Serum
Apply Base Hair Smoothing Serum to the mid-lengths and ends of your extensions daily to keep them sleek and frizz-free.

Heat Protection
Always use Base Hair Heat Protection Spray before using heat styling tools: For blonde hair, the maximum heat should be 150°C. For dark hair, the maximum heat should be 180°C.

Brushing
Brush your hair daily using the Base Hair Boar and Synthetic Bristle Extension Brush to detangle and prevent breakage.

Extension Maintenance
Extensions require maintenance every 6-8 weeks to keep both your natural hair and extensions safe, damage-free, and manageable.

Drying
Dry hair using a hairdryer on low-medium heat, avoiding the tapes, or allow hair to air dry and smooth over with a blow-dryer.

Sleeping
Always tie your hair in a loose plait to prevent tangling and damage. Do not sleep with wet hair, as this can cause tangling and hair breakage.

Colouring & Chemicals
Do not bleach hair extensions or wash with any toners, as this can damage the bonds.

Swimming
When swimming, apply the Base Hair Moisturising Mask and wear hair in a loose plait, never a bun or top knot. Try to avoid chlorine if possible. Always rinse hair immediately after swimming in chlorine or salt water to remove any chemicals or salt.

Post-Application Care
Avoid washing your hair for 72 hours following tape or skin weft hair extension application to allow the bonds to set properly. After your extension application, wear hair in low ponytails or loose hairstyles for the first week to ensure the best bond and to prevent strain on the extensions.

Complimentary Adjustments
Up to 48 hours post-appointment, should you require any adjustments, please book your complimentary adjustment appointment via our website.

Other Salon Visits
Should you visit any other hair salon for any type of service, your warranty will be void.

No Silver Shampoo
void using Silver Shampoo/ Toners as it can alter the tone and quality of your extensions.

Avoid Solariums & Saunas
Do not visit solariums, saunas, or any type of steam rooms, as they can cause damage to your extensions.

Sunscreen & Fake Tan
Chemical sunscreens and fake tans will tarnish your hair extensions. Use mineral sunscreens only to protect your hair and prevent discoloration
